Happy Friday ♡
The Fife Arms currently closed for refurbishment is due to open in 2018 a 5 star place to rest your weary head after a day exploring in the Park. The road to Braemar captured below is a great scenic route.
@babeinthehood caught this super cute picture of her wee boy checking out the boathouse at Loch Vaa a secret spot just between Aviemore and Boat of Garten.
This photo took my breath away. The sunset, the colours and the skier….Wish it was me up there jumping off the top of the world! And it was taken on Tuesday evening (the 10th of May!!) Highly recommend following @hamishfrost for some seriously amazing images of skiing in Scotland’s backcountry

We grabbed some time out after school on Monday afternoon for a quick visit to our favourite beach in the mountains, Loch Morlich. The kids played in the sand beneath the snow capped Cairngorm Mountains. Paradise 🙂
Wherever you go in the Cairngorms be it walking, driving or out on your bike wildlife just happens upon you…in this case a reindeer from the very friendly Cairngorm Reindeer Herd
The weather has been amazing this week and @shaz273 made the tough climb on her road bike to the car park at Cairngorm Mountain. A great challenge for any road biker with an ascent of approx 400m but well worth the views and the zoom back down.
@barberbaz is a local wild water swimmer so if you see some guy in a wet suit out swimming in a freezing Cairngorms loch then there is a good chance it is him!

@JamesEGstevens caught sunset at Loch Mallachie on the RSPB Loch Garten reserve where resident ospreys EJ and Odin are patiently awaiting arrival of their chicks.
